Hookstile Lane (TO BE UPDATED)

AHG’s proposal for Hookstile Lane provides 7 new Railway Mews style homes in an exclusive new town centre location close to Farnham Station. The uniquely designed layout features south facing dwellings backing on to the railway line to create an acoustic buffer to the home zone mews court.

Due to the site constraints a secure elevated roof garden provides each dwelling with its principle amenity space but with a shared town square at the entrance to the site.

Architectural design features references to railway architecture and the railway facing elevations greeting those arriving by train are inspired by Farnham Castle and its monumental masonry and detailing.
